To purchase 1 CD and 1 T-Shirt, select CD, then Bundle 1 CD with 1 T-Shirt (Then be sure to select your T-Shirt Size!)
To purchase 2 T-Shirts Select BOTH T-Shirt Size(s). Using the 2nd T-Shirt Size option as well.
 
No Selection must be applied to the remaining product options once your product selections have been chosen.
